Broad Experience

Fraser HR principal Mary Fraser began her career in food retail. As a Tesco personnel manager, she was responsible for staff

recruitment and development at different branches. This gave her invaluable experience of working in a customer-focused blue chip company.


Mary’s time at international logistics company Kuehne & Nagel brought her responsibility for 600 employees across the UK. Successes here included: developing best practice policies, introducing a job share programme for efficient staff deployment, and creating an in-house training strategy.


Mary went on to establish the HR department at newly formed telecommunications company, Euphony Communications. With her HR team, she instigated and managed a complete people management programme and guided the company’s journey towards the prestigious Investors in People accreditation.


Since starting her own HR practice in 2002, Mary has worked in sectors as diverse as specialist food production, broadcasting systems and event seating. She takes a pride in offering growing businesses a dependable, ethical HR service.


Professional credentials

As well as her extensive experience in these different commercial environments, Mary has invested in her own skills to become a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, an accredited Life Coach and a Neuro-linguistic Programming Master Practitioner.


Mary stays attuned to the issues affecting the Thames Valley business community through her work with associations such as Success Network, the Federation of Small Businesses and Business in Berkshire.
